With a Trigger Box connected, your PL-EEG becomes a flexible system for measurement of ERPs like P300, P600, and N400 – for research in the fields of psychophysics, cognitive sciences, and brain-computer interfaces (BCI).

- Simply connectable to the photic stimulator port of headboxes PL-351/440/450/700
- 8 inputs 0 – 5 V, which can be used as digital or as analog inputs
- 16 digital inputs 0 – 5 V
- 8 digital outputs TTL level 0 – 3.3 V
- Combinable to external stimulus presentation software, for example Presentation® from Neurobehavioral Systems
- Data compatibility for analysis with external software, for example MatLab® from The MathWorks
- Option to register patient responses: Response Box PL-RPB-12
System requirements
- PL-EEG Power Box PBX 230 with serial number SN 2350 or higher
- PL-700/450/440/351 headbox
Connections
- 16 digital inputs 0 – 5 V High Density D-Sub connector
An input voltage of 0 V will give a '0' bit in the file, an input voltage of 5 V will give a '1' bit in the file. The threshold is about 3.5 V.
- 8 inputs 0 – 5 V which can be used as digital or as analog inputs (SMB)
For inputs C1..C8 (available as single plugs) an open (high-Z) input will give a '0' bit in the file. For inputs C9..C24 an open (high-Z) input will give a '1' bit in the file.
- 8 digital outputs TTL level 0 – 3.3 V, 2 mA max. (SMB)
- Connection to the Power Box: standard 9-Pol DSUB, maximal 2 m
